Join us at Statera Academy to celebrate International Sherry Week with a special event, “The Magic of Sherry".

Hosted by industry professionals and passionate Sherry enthusiasts Keith Nicholson, Statera Academy, and Paul Watkin, Seacove Wine & Spirits, this tasting will take you on an immersive journey through the rich history and diverse styles of Sherry—from Fino to Amontillado, Oloroso to Pedro Ximénez, and all the special stops along the way!

The evening will feature a friendly Valenciado competition! (What the heck is that??) Where you can test your skills in pouring Sherry from the traditional Venencia!

To complement the tasting, we’ll be serving an array of delicious Spanish tapas, bringing the authentic flavours of Spain to your palate.
