Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the services provided by Statera Academy Ltd. These Terms govern your use of the School's website, courses, programs, and any other services provided by Statera.

- By accessing or using the School's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not access or use the School's services.
Description of Services
- The Statera provides Wine, Spirits, Sake, and Beer education and training courses, programs, workshops, and related content for individuals interested in learning more for interest or for individuals in the hospitality and adult beverage retail trade. Statera’s services may include online courses, in-person classes, tasting events, and proprietary educational materials.
Payment and Refunds
- See the refund policy regarding course cancellation and postponing the examination date.
Intellectual Property
- Statera’s services, including all content, materials, and resources provided, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the property of Statera Academy Ltd. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without the School's prior written consent.
User Responsibilities
As a user of the School's services, you agree to:
- You must be of lead drinking age in the province of British Columbia and show a valid piece of ID.
- Use the services for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
- Respect the intellectual property rights of Statera and others.
- Not engage in any conduct that may disrupt or interfere with the School's services or compromise their security.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering for courses with Statera.
