Winnie Gong, a positive and passionate wine lover, her first trip to the winery in early 2017 and became deeply captivated by the world of wine. Through hard work, she achieved the WSET Level 3 certification. From 2018 to 2019, she worked as a marketing representative for Hess Winery, showcasing her unique insights into wine selection, pairing, and service.

In the fall of 2019, Winnie founded her wine club, focusing on the local Chinese market. With a talent for conveying professional knowledge clearly and understandably, she attracted thousands of students through tastings and wine knowledge lectures. Possessing extensive teaching experience, she is well-versed in the learning styles of Chinese students.
